nomacs
This program is an open-source image viewer. It supports a wide range of platforms, including Windows 10. Use it to view any possible kinds of images. It also includes semi-transparent widgets, for example, thumbnails, metadata or histogram. It can browse images in zip or MS Office files which can be extracted to a directory.
If you have metadata stored with the image then it will be displayed when you add notes to an image. This is a very basic image viewer for Windows 10 so don’t expect something incredible. In general, this program is similar to those listed above, so maybe you like this one – there is not really a big difference. QuickLook

All the images that you have can be displayed in a number of views, along with the thumbnail, which allows you to preview an image without actually opening it.

Microsoft Photos
A classical one, developed by the same company that Windows, Microsoft Photos is usually automatically packed with the start set of programs. In terms of functionality, this program is not the worst one. Here you can view and edit images, watch movies, compile albums.
